The roots of Hudson Automotive are strong and deep.  What started in 1948 by George R. "Hoolie" Hudson as a second income for his growing family, has grown and evolved into a third generation family business with many locations.  In the 1940's Hoolie worked at International Harvester in Evansville, IN.  He loved cars and his family.  Selling used cars from a former service station lot in Providence, KY on nights & weekends fed both of those loves.  In 1955 he added the auto parts business.   In 1960, Hoolie purchased the Chevy-Olds dealership in Providence which grew quickly and won many national sales awards for its growth & success.  From that street corner beginning to all the Hudson Automotive Operations of today, the success is based on hard work and treating customers like friends and family.  Under the leadership of Greg Hudson along with sons David & Andrew, Hudson Automotive offers their customers great brands, a large selection, innovative products and an award winning sales and service process to give customers the best automotive value.
