Our dealership is open during normal business hours today; however, we are experiencing technical difficulties. CDK Global, the vendor that provides our phone and software systems, experienced a cyber incident on June 19, 2024. Out of caution, CDK shut down their systems to protect dealership data. This caused slowdowns throughout our store with scheduling appointments, response times, and in some cases, phone lines.
We’re Open for Sales and Service
Our dealership is currently open for new and pre-owned sales and service/parts during normal hours, but we may experience delays in business operations. Our sales and service teams are working diligently to offer the same great experience that you expect!
Customer Data During CDK Cyber Attack
Our team wants to assure our customers that their privacy is of the utmost importance, and we are working closely with our internal IT Team, as well as CDK, to ensure the integrity of customers’ data.
