The Technician Development Program
In our Technician Development Program, you’re going to learn how to become an expert technician on both domestic and foreign cars, learn everything from simple engine systems to power and performance machines, and be on the path to earning certifications within your field that will help your professional career flourish. We have partnered with great schools like Lincoln Tech and UTI (Universal Technical Institute Automotive Technology Program), as well as other schools in the Southeast U.S.

General Management Academy
This program prepares you for a long and fulfilling career in a managerial position within our dealerships. You will take classes about sales, parts and service, and even the accounting office and discover how each department operates, what kind of performance is needed for success in each, how to navigate obstacles, and how to become a successful leader of a thriving team. Some classes include Financial and Fixed Operations Management and Variable Operations Management, which will teach about some of the dealership areas general managers are least familiar with, such as accountability management, dealership financials, and fixed operations. Becoming learned in these areas will allow you to become a more well-rounded leader of your dealership.
We want you to be highly successful when you work here and we believe it’s our duty to provide you the opportunities to increase your career potential! That’s why we encourage all of our employees to learn how to be as effective as possible on the job via voluntary participation in continuing education programs relevant to their career field. That could be automotive or job-related classes, continuing education programs, or professional seminars.
